UNIVERGE MC550 application for iPhone offers a seamless way to stay connected with your workplace by consolidating voice and instant messaging tools into one platform. With this app, you can easily locate a colleague or personal contact, view their availability status, and initiate communication with just a tap on the icon. You have the ability to update your own status, check missed calls, and read instant messages swiftly. Additionally, you can dial extensions, return calls, and send instant messages effortlessly.
Through the utilization of a single number, you can take advantage of contact rules to determine how incoming calls are handled while you are on the move and across various devices. These rules can be tailored based on your availability status driven by your work calendar (Exchange). You have the flexibility to direct calls to internal extensions or external phones, forwarding them to a single number or ringing multiple devices simultaneously using multi-ring or "twinning" with your work phone or extension.
